Product shipping
All shipments of products are made with ELTA courier and delivered safely to the address you have set within two to six working days from the day the order was sent.
Florashoes.gr eshop, does not recognize any delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions of strikes etc.
The shipping fee is calculated and suggested in the order form.
Shipping
All packing and shipping costs are calculated on the total in your shopping cart, in the final amount.
- Shipping costs for purchases over 40 euros are free for the whole of Europe and 20 euros for the rest of the world
- Shipping costs for purchases under 40 euros are 5 euros
- Shipping costs in Greece are 5 euros
- Shipping costs by courier are 2 euros only for Greece.
Returns product changes
For your clarification the returned products within 10 days must not be worn, washed, modified, damaged and the boxes should be marked with the labels accompanying the product.
You should also contact the store on +30 210 42 82 78 or by email at info@florashoes.gr to be given the necessary instructions.
If the product you want is not available, (for example, in a larger size), the purchase amount can be used for any new purchase you want.
If you wish a refund, shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
